Table Trackr

Snooker club billing software that freezes the bill at Stop

Table Trackr bills each snooker table from the exact time it runs. Each table has its own hourly rate, breaks are paused, and the bill freezes the moment staff press Stop: no rounding up and no minimum charge. Staff then settle in cash, online, both, split between players, or put it on a regular's tab. Tea and snacks go on the same bill.

How is a snooker table bill calculated?

Bill = playing time × the table's hourly rate, with paused time left out. For example, 46 minutes 24 seconds at ₹240 an hour is ₹185.60. Café items are added on top.

How does a bill get settled?

  1. Staff press Stop. The time and the amount are fixed from that second; the bill does not grow while you settle.
  2. Choose how the player pays: cash, online, or part of each.
  3. For a group, split the bill between players.
  4. For a regular, put all or part of it on their tab; it shows in the Dues list until they pay.

Why does exact billing reduce arguments at the counter?

Most disputes come from rounded-up times and breaks that were charged. Table Trackr shows the player the exact time played and the rate, never rounds up, and lets staff pause a table during a break.

What else is on the bill?
